The awards will be presented at the Fractional Summit 2012 at the Marriott London, Grosvenor Square on February 27 and 28 in front of the fractional industry's leading professionals. The conference attended by hundreds of fractional property professionals, many of them directors and senior management from companies around the globe, as well as industry suppliers, sponsors and worldwide media.
The 2012 judging panel consists of Professor Mark Sharp, chief executive of the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP), Rupert Bates, editorial director of Globespan Media, and George Sell, editor of Fractional Trade.
Last year the awards were expanded the awards with new categories and entries from around the globe. Among the 2011 winners were Castello di Casole, in Tuscany, Italy and Fulvio di Rosa, developer of Borgo di Vagli, also in Tuscany.
