Chief executive, Trevor Leggett, said the business has created new teams in the Dordogne, Charente and Charente Maritime and is looking for people to join them.
The firm is also recruiting in the Gers and Perigueux and it expects its team of 150 agents to expand significantly this year.
‘Last year saw our sales figures grow by over 30% and we need further agents to service the demand from international buyers who see now as an excellent time to buy French property,’ said Leggett.
He pointed out that mortgage rates in France are at their lowest for 65 years and this is attracting a lot of interest from holiday home buyers and from property investors.
