The move illustrates Grosvenor’s decision to revamp the marketing and sales activity as it looks to complete on its remaining 111 apartments.
Kingston Shaw Residential (KSR) will work exclusively for Grosvenor and their appointment is part of a fresh approach being taken with the building’s marketing. A brand new marketing suite has been designed and implemented and the building’s livery has been refreshed to new vibrant orange and black colours.
Guy Butler, Projects Director at Grosvenor, who developed One Park West, comments: “The appointment of Kingston Shaw Residential will give our clients an extremely high level of customer service and an enhanced insight into the building, its features and unique location. For a long time Kingston Shaw has been involved with the design of some of the apartments and their passion for the project shines through.”

Grosvenor has also announced that appointment of Mark Edwards as sales director. A graduate of St Andrew’s University, Mark joins from London based law firm Jones Day. In his new role he will have responsibility for client liaison and managing the sale of the remaining apartments.
