Jones Lang LaSalle Fortifies UK Corporate Consulting Team

Tim Carnegie and Alex Ash, who currently lead Cushman and Wakefield's EMEA occupier serving Business Consulting Group, will join Jones Lang LaSalle’s Corporate Consulting team in June as Director and Associate Director respectively. Tim has ten years experience with Cushman and Wakefield and was responsible for establishing and leading their consulting practice in Europe, having previously worked in their Corporate Account team. Alex joined Cushman and Wakefield three years ago from Accenture. Both specialise in providing corporate and cross border location strategy, global business and real estate footprint configuration, occupancy optimisation, structural cost re-engineering.

Tim Carnegie said: “We are looking forward to continuing to deliver bespoke portfolio strategies and location analysis, from an outstanding global platform.”

Lisa Hill has also joined the team as Director. Lisa has over fourteen years experience working with clients in a variety of industries in the Americas and EMEA. She has an extensive background in workplace and planning solutions development including: strategic portfolio planning, workplace programme creation, occupancy planning, and project management. As a Director of Strategies at CBRE she worked with American Express in London as part of a global strategy team that developed tools and processes enabling the client to establish a long term perspective on their real estate portfolio assets. She also helped evolve their flexible workplace programme and deliver pilots to select sites in the UK.
