The creation of “one brand” will instil a strong sense of dependability and reassurance and demonstrate a true national presence with Linden Homes stretching from Cornwall to North Yorkshire operating through 10 regional business units. This national brand will streamline the sales and marketing process, providing benefits to our customers and improve sales efficiency by greater sharing of knowledge and best practice.

A new Linden Homes logo has been developed and in recognition of its position within Galliford Try, the distinctive partnership motif was retained whilst the colour red has been deepened to project a warmer, more homely, aspirational feel. The new identity will be applied to all communication material and development site signage. The website has also been updated to reflect the rebranding to Linden Homes.
