ProLogis is the world's largest manager, owner and developer of distribution facilities. The presentation took place at the Colliers International EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) conference in Copenhagen, and was made by Allan Laven, First Vice-President Nordics of ProLogis.
The award is made in recognition of outstanding contribution, professionalism and business approach. The leader of the Colliers team from Stockholm, Eric Barnekow, explained what they had achieved for ProLogis: "We were nominated by ProLogis Nordic Region because we let our client's first speculative building in Sweden – at Jutberg, just outside Stockholm. In fact, it is the first speculative development in Sweden by any developer!"
The conference brought together 350 Colliers employees from some 40 countries worldwide, as well as a number of client speakers and sponsors, many of whom have already signed up for next year's conference in Istanbul.
