New office for property mangement firm Chainbow

Chainbow currently manages 114 developments with more than 4,800 units throughout London and surrounding counties but demand for consultation work in the north has prompted the company to relocate longstanding staff member, Shebhani Hegde, to Leeds.

Shebhani heads Chainbow Review, a division of the business responsible for helping leaseholders establish a Right to Manage Company (RTM), process Leasehold Valuation Tribunal (LVT) claims and review building owner's current service charges through thorough account audits, mystery shopping, customer reviews and communication assessment.

Chainbow has been appointed to several Review projects in the Yorkshire capital and surrounding areas with the view to expand on business opportunities currently in negotiations. Projects include commercial and residential premises with prospective on-going management.

Roger Southam, Chairman and Chief Executive of Chainbow commented, "For the past 12-months we have been planning our extension outside the Southeast and now it's coming to fruition we fully intend to make a positive impact on the Northern property market.

"Chainbow is unlike other block managers because we put the homeowner in the driver's seat. We negotiate to get the best savings and do not take commissions on insurance or suppliers. Basically, we are fair and honest and appreciate these qualities are the root to success in the northern areas of England."

The company anticipates its Leeds office to expand with several additional employees within 12-months.
