Property software provider Reapit has released an expanded version of its AI platform for estate agents, introducing three core components designed to automate workflow tasks across the sector.
The Reapit AI (RAI) platform now includes a voice-activated copilot for mobile devices, a marketplace for pre-built AI agents, and a no-code development tool allowing agencies to create custom automation tools. The copilot functions as a mobile assistant, enabling agents to access property and applicant data, prepare for viewings, and log follow-up activities through voice commands.
Marketplace and third-party integration
The AppMarket provides access to AI tools covering sales progression, compliance verification, and administrative tasks. Third-party developers will be able to list their own AI agents on the marketplace from June 2025, with the copilot scheduled for general release in summer 2026 and the no-code builder to follow.
The platform operates using Reapit’s existing dataset covering sales, lettings, and compliance processes, with all AI-generated actions recorded within the system for audit purposes. Reapit’s software already includes AI-driven photo enhancement functionality.
Additional features are scheduled for release in the coming months, including an AI viewing assistant in May and applicant entry tools in June. The development follows broader technology adoption across the property sector, as agencies seek efficiency gains amid challenging market conditions.
Industry context
Mark Armstrong Dawson Scott, Reapit’s chief technology officer, said the copilot is designed to function as an assistant that “lives with the agent, wherever their day takes them” and provides contextual support throughout the working day.
Mark Armstrong, CEO at Reapit, referenced the company’s 2019 launch of the first app marketplace for the property technology sector, positioning the AI platform as a similar opening of infrastructure to third-party developers. The move reflects wider digital transformation across property services, similar to operational changes being implemented by traditional agencies.
The phased rollout extends through 2026, with the core marketplace features available to Reapit clients from this year. The staggered release schedule suggests the company is testing functionality with existing users before wider deployment of the voice-activated and custom development tools.
