Savills Scotland launches new strategic projects team

Previously a Director of Bell Ingram Ltd, Guy has extensive experience of managing complex land-based projects from public access networks to cross-country pipelines and resolving conflicts across diverse interests including private landowners, commercial developers, conservation bodies, government agencies and national utilities.
Guy began his career in land agency with Cluttons and Savills before joining the National Trust for Scotland.  He held a number of consultancy roles for forestry, access, renewables and utilities projects, culminating in his last role at Bell Ingram where he managed a team carrying out estate management, land referencing, route planning, entry negotiation and claims handling for a variety of public and private sector clients throughout Scotland.

Also joining from Bell Ingram is Linda Turner who has an established reputation in delivering utilities projects, particularly for the water sector.

Jonathan Henson, Head of Rural Property at Savills in Scotland said: “We are very pleased to have expanded Savills infrastructure and public sector offering with these important Scottish appointments. We are building on the rapidly increasing quantity of utility work in Scotland, and significant track record south of the border, to offer a dedicated and professional project delivery service from our network of Scottish offices.”
