Previously a Director of Bell Ingram Ltd, Guy has extensive experience of managing complex land-based projects from public access networks to cross-country pipelines and resolving conflicts across diverse interests including private landowners, commercial developers, conservation bodies, government agencies and national utilities.
Guy began his career in land agency with Cluttons and Savills before joining the National Trust for Scotland. He held a number of consultancy roles for forestry, access, renewables and utilities projects, culminating in his last role at Bell Ingram where he managed a team carrying out estate management, land referencing, route planning, entry negotiation and claims handling for a variety of public and private sector clients throughout Scotland.
Also joining from Bell Ingram is Linda Turner who has an established reputation in delivering utilities projects, particularly for the water sector.
