Townends Estate Agents in Englefield Green open a lettings operation

As an opening incentive, Townends are offering their rent guarantee product to landlords who sign up at this new office for 12 months during August and September 2010. Designed to give complete peace of mind, the product can be applied mid-tenancy or when a new tenant moves in.
 
Townends have found their lettings business in this area growing progressively busier during recent months, with an increasing number of owners opting to let their property rather than sell and, with buyers finding it increasingly difficult to fund their purchase, they too are turning to rented accommodation.  
 
The Englefield Green office has undergone a complete refurbishment ahead of the opening.  The new operation will be headed up by Hannah Richardson, Senior Lettings Manager of Townends in Egham and managed on a day to day basis by John Putsman who will be redeployed from the Egham branch.
 
On the opening of this new operation, Hannah comments “The main reason we have expanded into Englefield Green is so that we can move out into the wider areas more effectively. Our team at the Egham branch already covers areas such as Old Windsor, Windsor, Ascot, Sunningdale and Windlesham but as levels of business have increased in these regions, we felt that having a lettings outfit based in Englefield Green would be really beneficial.”
