The prestigious estate agency brand aims to increase standards throughout the network to ensure they continue to be one of the leaders in the luxury property sector.
Following on from an extremely successful year in 2011 where 27 branches were opened globally, Fine & Country are now looking to expand even further and will actively target new equity partners to stimulate this strategy for growth in 2012.
It said that opening additional offices in major towns and cities will help increase and strengthen the Fine & Country national network within the UK. ‘It has been a fantastic start to 2012 with Fine & Country planning to open four new offices at this early stage in the year,’ is said in a statement.
It was also outlined how more offices will be able to sharpen the business’s focus on the prestige lettings sector with the opportunity to have all property management administration taken care of for a fixed price. Over 2012 Fine & Country plan to strengthen and grow their prestige lettings business.
‘Fine & Country will not batten down the hatches at this time of economic stagnation, 2012 is the time for innovation, opportunity and growth and I am very excited about the year ahead,’ said Matthew Pryke, chief executive officer of Fine & Country.
