Paul Booker became Waterside Properties at the beginning of the month and will be focussing on sales and lettings in this specialised market sector.
With over 10 years of Isle of Wight estate agency experience, Booker has worked with the Waterside brand for several years, long enough to give him strong confidence of the value of Waterside in marketing Isle of Wight Properties to local and national buyers or tenants.
Waterside has sold many hundreds of Isle of Wight properties over the years, either directly or through affiliation with Island agents.
