Commercial and residential projects from award winning international property developers from Canada, Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, the US and the United Arab Emirates will be shown.
The three day Luxury Collection exhibition, which begins on Friday at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, features a special session for foreign investors.
'Luxury real estate in Asia is undoubtedly still a hot commodity. Investors, who are still keen to cash in on the property market as a hedge against rising inflation, should definitely check out the investment opportunities,' said Patrick Grove, Executive Chairman of the iProperty.com Group, expo sponsors.
It is a well established annual exhibition. 'Since its inception in 2005, the Expo has attracted over 50,000 visitors from 62 countries and over 30 exhibitors from more than 20 countries. Building on this strong foundation, we are well on track to attracting more than 15,000 high net-worth individuals, expatriates and institutional buyers to this year's event,' he added.
New this year is the ability for those not able to attend the event to view it online. The online event will feature exhibitor and property details, photos of booths as well as video recordings of seminar and panel discussions.
In a bid to expand its regional reach, the will also be held in Singapore at the Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre from 21-28 November, 2008.
