A luxury family holiday is on offer from British Homes Group Florida, who provide sales and loans advice to UK property owners in Florida. It is part of a package of incentives to encourage UK buyers to consider a Lennar Home in a new resort community.

In the Middle East property developer Damac properties are offering investors an unusual deal involving their Saudi Arabian off plan Al Jawharah Tower project. Buyers will receive a free property from another development in Egypt when they purchase selected apartments in the 40 storey luxury block alongside the Red Sea.

'In areas where buying has slowed there is a sudden burst of marketing activity involving freebies,' said John Clarke, a marketing expert based in London. 'Cars are a very popular offer at the moment in Spain. Money off legal fees or towards mortgage fees is also increasing.'
But he warned would be purchasers to think carefully. 'Don't be lured into making a purchase just because there is a free car. Will you really need that free car? Think before you leap,' he added.
