Hope Capital has partnered with Dynamo for Intermediaries to offer bridging lending to those who go to the broker.
Since joining the panel in November, Hope Capital and Dynamo have worked closely together to strike their first deal – a residential property based in London.
Hope Capital currently offers bridging loans up to 75% LTV.
