Last chance to buy a property at 300-home Oakley Park development in Edenbridge
Bellway is close to completing a 300-home development in Edenbridge where a select few of the final properties are now available for sale.
Seven of the final homes at Oakley Park have been released to the market as construction nears its end, with the sale of two showhomes at the development to follow.
Oakley Park has generated contributions of £1.5 million towards infrastructure in the area as part of Bellway’s planning agreement.
Mark Harrop, Sales Director for Bellway Kent, said: “The end of an era is approaching at Oakley Park. We launched the development in 2018 and have helped a whole community of owners to settle in their new homes since then. Even through the lockdowns, our teams worked to ensure people could move to their new homes safely.
“This is a beautiful development in a stunning location and its popularity has never waned. With construction almost complete, we have some mature street scenes and our new neighbourhood is well established.”
Homes at Oakley Park are centred on an expansive open space which spans 6.4 acres. This includes allotments, informal ‘kickabout’ spaces, play areas and eco habitats, including a pond.
Mark said: “The green areas we have created at Oakley Park really enhance its appeal.
“Residents have been drawn in by the prospect of having such incredible spaces on their doorstep.
“The ecological enhancements have made Oakley Park a haven for wildlife and the varied landscape, with a swale, pond, stream and various tree-lined areas, make this a lovely place for people of all ages to relax or play.”
Bellway has built one and two-bedroom apartments and two to five-bedroom houses at Oakley Park. Prices currently range from £379,995 for a two-bedroom house to £544,995 for a four-bedroom link detached house.
Bellway is also building a selection of 19 homes on an adjoining parcel of land, known as Hamsell Mead at Oakley Park. This will take the total number of homes built by Bellway in Edenbridge to 319.
