The Dubai Real Estate Institute, the region's first specialised real estate institution, announced that its latest graduate programmes will encompass three new in-built degrees.
These are a Master of Real Estate Development, Graduate Diploma in Real Estate, and a Certificate in Real Estate.
The institute has up to 35 places for executive graduate students for the postgraduate programme.
Delivered in partnership with Australia's Bond University, pioneers in offering academic courses in real estate and urban development, the programme is designed for students and professionals who keen to develop their industry expertise.
'We are committed to introducing the most relevant programmes in real estate education. As a strong and credible educational partner, we believe the skilled faculty members and expertise of Bond University will add enormous value to the region's real estate sector,' said Dr Salem Al Shafe'ei, managing director of DREI.
The Master of Real Estate Development is a three semester degree programme, comprising 12 courses with a total of 120 credit hours, allocating 10 credit hours for each course and inclusive of a research project.
Degree certificates will be awarded by DREI and Bond University to participants who successfully complete the programme.
The deadline for the submission of applications is October 3 for the Master's programme which begins on October 28.
