New Kent homes to released at preview event

Dandara is releasing the first homes in its much anticipated new development in Deal, Kent at a special preview event on Saturday, the 12th of November.

Prospective buyers are being invited to the Royal Hotel in Deal between 10am-4pm to find out more about the properties on offer at Wingfield Place, which will feature 62 two, three and four bedroom private homes when complete, just a five minute drive from the beach and pier.

Visitors to the event will have the opportunity to talk to Dandara’s sales consultants about the new development and find out how Dandara’s Assisted Move Scheme could help them to sell their current home.

Local estate agents will also be on hand to give tips on preparing properties for sale and mortgage consultant Evolve will be available to give expert financial advice.

And those who go on to reserve new homes before Christmas will be able to choose one of three special seasonal offers – a £5,000 deposit top up, a furnishing package of up to £5,000 or an Assisted Move contribution of up to £5,000.

Prices for the first homes start from £320,000 for a two bedroom home. To book an appointment for the event prospective buyers should call 01304700076.

Louise Norman, Sales and Marketing Director at Dandara South East, said: “It’s fantastic that we are finally able to release the first homes at Wingfield Place – there’s been a lot of excitement from buyers locally and we are looking forward to meeting them and telling them all about the development and helping guide them through the buying process.”

Kulvi Singh from Evolve commented: “With the current financial climate it has never been more crucial to know where you stand with your finances and we are pleased to be offering support at the preview event.

“It’s always exciting to attend new build property events and a real pleasure to talk to potential buyers right at the start of their home buying process.”

The first homes will be ready for occupation in Summer 2023.

Surrounded by quiet villages and historic attractions, Deal has all the advantages of coastal living whilst still offering plenty of local restaurants, bars, cafes and independent shops. Those who love sports will be spoilt for choice with Prince’s Golf Club and the Royal St George’s Golf Club just a short drive away.

For families there is an excellent choice of Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Good’ schools close by, and for some weekend fun there is the historic Deal Castle, one of the finest Tudor castles in England to explore and Wingham Wildlife Park where visitors can see lots of different animals including tigers, flamingos, bats and even a red panda.
