CJ Hole has completed the acquisition of Anne James Estate & Letting Agents, marking the company’s seventh acquisition and expanding its network to 11 offices across the Bristol region.
The deal extends CJ Hole’s coverage in East Bristol, with Anne James operating from its Bath Road office in Longwell Green. The business will be rebranded under CJ Hole, which is now part of The Property Franchise Group, with existing staff retained.
Strategic expansion
The acquisition connects CJ Hole’s existing Kingswood and Lyde Green branches, increasing the network’s reach into Hanham, Oldland Common, Warmley, Bitton and Keynsham. The move reflects ongoing consolidation within the estate agency sector, as larger networks acquire independent operators to expand their geographical footprint.
