A chartered surveyor, Gray has over 35 years experience in the UK and international property industry, across the retail, commercial, industrial, leisure and residential sectors.  Gray has been tasked with growing Chesterton International's business in line with the company's commitment to strengthen its presence in the Middle East and North Africa. Chesterton currently has offices in Abu Dhabi and Libya.

Having previously worked for Richard Ellis and Savills, as well as running international offices in Singapore and Hong Kong for Chesterton, more recently Gray was senior head of investment agency at Asteco Property Management (LLC) from 2006-2009.

Gray is a member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has a Diploma in Estate Management.
