The annual Sussex Heritage Trust Awards recognise conservation, restoration and new-build projects in Sussex. The awards reward good design, traditional skills and craftsmanship.
In awarding the commercial prize to English Heritage Buildings, the judges remarked: “This building serves as a testament to the passion behind its construction. The materials were chosen with great care so as to keep improving and complementing their surroundings as they mature. With ingredients this good, the cake just had to taste great!”
