Bryan's previous experience includes working as a Land Manager for a number of the UK's leading developers including Bryant, Bloor, Redrow and Persimmon. Over the last ten years, he has covered a range of projects on behalf of these organisations, from residential housing to retail and hotel sites.
"It's clear that Sequence is taking a confident and committed approach to growing its land business and I am delighted to be joining its expanding team of land experts," says Bryan. "I have a lot of experience with developers having worked for many of the major housebuilders, so I hope to bring a deep understanding of what these organisations are looking for in the current climate.
"It is very refreshing to be joining an organisation which is investing and expanding its land business at a time when many still lack the confidence to grow and are even downsizing their operations," Bryan continues. "With its 16-strong team of dedicated land experts, Sequence is well placed to capitalise on improvements in the market and take advantage of the growing demand for land."
The news follows a number of appointments for Sequence Land this year including Alan Swain in South Yorkshire, Jonathan Morris in London, Rob Westhead in Dorset, Hampshire and West Sussex in April and most recently Sara Allen to the specialist role of Manager for Affordable Housing and Diocese Estates. Bryan's appointment is testimony to the continued growth and success of Sequence's Land division despite challenging market conditions.
Graham Freeman, Divisional Managing Director, Sequence Land believes that Bryan's appointment is indicative of Sequence's increasing dominance in the land market. "We have built an exceptional land team at Sequence, 50 per cent of who were recruited in the last 12 months," says Graham. "Our investment in this area clearly demonstrates our commitment to land, our desire to get the very best in the business on board and our aim to be the premier residential land agent in the UK."
