National Landlords Association launches new brand

The National Landlords Association (NLA) has launched its new brand following extensive consultation with members and stakeholders.

The new brand aims to build on the NLA’s 45 year history of supporting landlords across the UK and is encapsulated by its tagline: ‘The Knowledge Network’.

‘The clear, coherent message from the brand consultation process was the value of the knowledge and trust that the NLA offers landlords and stakeholders,’ said Richard Lambert, chief executive officer of the NLA.

‘Landlords come to us for advice and guidance because they know they can trust the support we offer in an increasingly complex sector. Likewise, stakeholders such as industry bodies and government departments place a strong emphasis on the valued relationship they perceive in dealing with the NLA and our dedicated staff,’ he explained.

‘We want our new brand to reflect all of this, and the fact that we have a proud history of supporting landlords for almost half a century. We want to make life easier for people in property by providing landlords with a truly member centric service and ensuring that anyone who deals with the NLA get a professional but personal service,’ he added.
