New functionality for Rightmove

With Hot Properties broken down by country, buyers and browsers can quickly see what's gaining the most interest and standing out in the marketplace,” said Robin Wilson, Head of Overseas at Rightmove.
 
“For agencies, getting listings featured in Hot Properties will help raise their profile, boosting enquiries and impressing their clients with their 'gold standard' presentation and ability to generate interest,” he added.
 
Properties are scored on levels of interest, data quality and on-site performance over the last 7 days. The top 10% are then presented in a new 'gallery view' showing simple thumbnail images and price information. Hot Properties pages are updated daily with a random selection promoted on country homepages as well as in full on dedicated Hot Properties pages for each country.
