Market data and insights from UK property portal Rightmove are to be shared with estate agents and letting agents under a new agreement.
The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) will be working with Rightmove to offer more help and support to agents by sharing the latest market insight and keeping them up to date with new legislation for both sales and lettings.
Mark Hayward, NAEA managing director, and ARLA managing director David Cox, said that the research and data Rightmove provides helps build the knowledge that members can then use and implement into their own business model effectively.
‘We’ll be working with NAEA and ARLA throughout the year to enhance the support that we can offer estate and letting agents by providing insights using our research and whole of market data,’ said Miles Shipside, Rightmove commercial director.
‘We’ll be speaking at their national conferences and regional meetings and we’ll be hosting free webinars that anyone in the industry can sign up to,’ he added.
Agents can sign up for training and webinars from NAEA and ARLA on the Rightmove Hub and there are already a number of events in place for February, March and April.
